Visit one of Chiang Mai's cooking schools while you're visiting Northern Thailand.
1. Thai Farm Cooking School
This cooking school is located on an organic farm outside of the city. Students get to visit a local market but also get to head out to the farm to harvest some ingredients. All instruction is hands on and takes place in their open air class room.
2. Chiang Mai Thai Cookery School
Chiang Mai's first cooking school is run by a Thai television cooking host and classes are organized with different themes, such as local ingredients and preparing Thai curries.
