Thailand's Rainy Season

May is almost over and with that comes the end of the hot season and the beginning of rainy season. Though the hot season is technically over, it doesn't mean that it isn't hot here in Thailand. It's always hot here, it's just going to be a little rainy for a few months, too. Rainy season sounds really unpleasant but for a lot of people it's one of the nicer times of year. It is a little cooler, and right after the rain definitely a little fresher. And there's nothing like a tropical downpour in the middle of a big city!
